- Why did you join this company?

The company was so promising that it was even featured in the American economic magazine Forbes, and it was decided to launch a new product the year I joined the company. .

-How did you find out about the company?

In an interview with the Physicians who was in charge at my previous job,
I found out by being named as a manufacturer I was paying attention to.

-Are there any points or events that made you decide to join the company?

After joining the company

- How was it when you actually joined the company?

I quickly realized that all of my seniors were talented, so I was only thinking about adapting to the job as soon as possible.

- What was the hardest thing for you after joining the company?

I am ashamed to say that in our company, English is commonplace. I think this will continue in the future, but the awareness of my weaknesses has faded from the beginning, and I am learning every day using the in-house training system.

-What do you think are the characteristics of the company?

I think it is easier to understand what kind of work people in other departments are doing than other companies.​
There is also a place for all employees to share information, so the company's goals are clear.

-What do you like about the company?

Our focus on rare diseases and the dedication we all have to the patients in this regard.

-What do you like about joining this company?

Being able to do a wide range of jobs that other pharmaceutical companies cannot experience, such as product leads other than MRs,
I am very happy that it has helped me improve my skills.

-Please tell us about your career after joining the company.

-Please tell us about your current job.

As an MR, I am in charge of the western Japan area, checking the status of patients who are already undergoing treatment and carrying out awareness-raising activities to identify potential patients.

- Please tell us about the interesting and difficult parts of your work.

Since I am involved in rare diseases, I feel a sense of closeness to patients, and the most rewarding part of my work is when I am able to start treatment.
Because it is rare, there are some difficulties until it leads to results.

-Are there any unforgettable episodes with customers (friends)?

I can't forget the fact that the patient who was being treated felt the effect, leading to a case report in a medical journal, and it still encourages me.

-What kind of work would you like to try in the future?

We have launched sales of a new drug for the treatment of Achondroplasia, so we will operate at full speed and take on the challenge of delivering the fastest delivery to patients.

-What are you working on now?

We are always thinking about improving disease awareness for as many patients as possible.​
In addition, when a suspected patient comes, we provide as much information as possible for diagnosis while receiving guidance from the doctor in charge.

-What kind of career do you want to build?

As the company expands, I think it is necessary to have a career that brings together a team.
Rather than dyeing in my own color, I would like to work together by making the most of my individuality.

-What are the characteristics of bio-venture companies? (Difference from Megapharma)

-How do you spend your private time?

I spend my time centered around my family. I pay attention to my eating habits on a daily basis,
Only on Saturdays, I go out to eat with my family in order to open it up a bit.

-Do you have any hobbies or other activities that you focus on outside the company?

I participate in jogging and basketball practice about once a week.

-Do you have any ideas that you value as an individual?

Our first priority is to respect people's ideas.
I try to listen and think before responding.

-How do you spend your time with your family?

I have two children, but I used to go somewhere every week until I was in elementary school.
Now that I'm a college student and a high school student, I sometimes make time to talk frankly and understand the current situation.
Sometimes we go to basketball practice together.

-Are you able to balance your private life? Did you have any concerns or worries?

I don't like working on holidays. There are times when I think it would be easier to do it on my days off, but I have turned off work, so I am able to manage both.

-Please tell us about your future prospects in private life.

I will do my best to take care of my health so that my family can live happily ever after!
